Can one count equal more than one unit?
Yes. ClearRivet is designed to support configurable unit conversion so one machine count can represent a customer-defined quantity such as kilograms or individual items.
Does collecting more PLC tags always improve OEE?
No. Reliable definitions and validated core signals are more valuable than collecting large volumes of unused data.
