There is one ClearRivet software price. The only choice is how we collect the machine data: standard 24V signals or a direct PLC connection. Setup and commissioning are included, with a 14-day live-machine trial before any software commitment.

Connectivity hardware is confirmed after review.We do not assume one gateway per machine. Multi-machine installations may share gateway or I/O hardware, so the final hardware requirement can be lower as the rollout grows. Trial hardware is provided during the 14-day live-machine trial; any paid hardware requirement is confirmed before rollout.

Is the 14-day software trial free?

Yes. Standard 24V and PLC-connected deployments include a 14-day free ClearRivet software trial on a live machine. Trial hardware is provided during the trial and any paid hardware requirement is confirmed before rollout. If you continue after the trial, the standard paid software service has a 12-month minimum subscription term.

What do you need for the standard 24V connection?

Your team provides a suitable 24V machine-run signal plus a part-count signal or sensor. Connectivity hardware is confirmed during setup based on the machine and site configuration, with setup and commissioning included.

What do you need for PLC connectivity?

Your team provides the PLC IP/network details and identifies the required tags or registers ClearRivet should read. PLC Connected is $349 AUD per machine per month after the trial. Connectivity hardware is confirmed during setup based on the machine and site configuration, with setup, connection, tag mapping, validation and commissioning included.

What is included in Custom / On-Premise?

Custom deployments can include onsite or on-premise server applications, customer-hosted environments, specialist machine connectivity, custom applications, hardware or integrations. Scope and pricing are defined after technical review.
