3. Trial before rollout
Use the live system with real shifts, review data quality and operator workflow, then decide whether and how to scale.

Can configuration be prepared before arrival?
Yes. Where machine and site information is known, much of the configuration can be prepared in advance to reduce commissioning work.
Do you recommend rolling out every machine at once?
Usually no. Starting with a representative machine creates a safer proof point for data quality, workflow and business value.
