Accessibility
Our approach to a clear, keyboard-friendly and responsive experience across modern devices.
ClearRivet aims for a usable experience across modern desktop, tablet and mobile browsers and targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public website as the product matures.
Accessibility features in the public website
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled navigation.
- A skip-to-content link for keyboard users.
- Visible keyboard focus styles.
- Responsive layouts that avoid requiring desktop-only interaction.
- Reduced-motion support when the operating system requests it.
- Form labels, accessible status messages and clear validation text.
- Text and controls designed to remain readable when zoomed.
Browser and device support
The public website is tested against current Chromium-based browsers, Firefox and WebKit/Safari rendering, including representative iPhone, Android phone and tablet viewport sizes. Because browser and operating-system versions change, we recommend keeping devices updated with a currently supported browser.
Known limitations
Some animated product demonstrations are illustrative. Users who request reduced motion should receive a static/non-animated experience. The operational ClearRivet application may have separate accessibility work as complex manufacturing dashboards evolve.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact support@clearrivet.com with the page, browser/device and a description of the problem. We will use that information to prioritise improvements.
